Happy 2022!

I hope you are all doing well considering it's January and cold and the pandemic is raging. Geez Louise, don't be a downer! On to more positive things! I thought I would reflect on last year. 2021 was up and down but thankfully my business was not as adversely affected as it was in 2020. I have my many commercial and portrait clients to thank for a successful year. Things were still different but it's nice to see how many folks value professional photography. I met many new clients as well as my loyal clients and their families. It is so fun to see their children growing up. Of course the parents only change for the better! One perk to being in this business as long as I have been!

This past December marks the 20th family portrait session for the Howatt family! The first one was in my basement studio when the twins were nine months old. I believe that this deserves it's own blog post as I dig up the negatives and files! I had my husband pop in to snap a photo with me included to commemorate this milestone!
