ABOUT LOUISE

Louise Vessey MPA, SPA, is celebrating her 30th year in business!  She operates out of her fully equipped studio, located next to her home in Charlottetown. She's also happy to travel and meet and photograph for her clients on location with portable lighting and equipment. 

Louise has won many national and regional awards including:

• PPOC 2013 Wedding Photographer of the Year (National)
• Finalist in the prestigious World Photographic Cup 2015 (International)
• Portrait Photographer of the year regionally in 2007
• Holland College Distinguished Alumni 2011
• Paul Harris Fellow with the Rotary Club of Charlottetown Royalty 2009
• PPOC Atlantic Fellowship 2009

She is a very active member of the Professional Photographers of Canada/ PPOC, and has earned the distinction of Craftsman of Photographic Arts/ CPA, Master of Photographic Arts/ MPA and Service of Photographic Arts/ SPA.  

Louise is Nationally Accredited in each of the following categories

Louise served three  years as the National Chair of the Professional Photographers of Canada and has judged the National Image Competition several times.

Perhaps most noteworthy is that she's a self proclaimed Cat Lady and lives with her four fluffy felines and husband of 32 years.
