Christmas Deadlines 2008
- November 25th- portraits must be taken to ensure Christmas delivery
- December 1st- orders must be placed and payment received to guarantee Christmas Delivery
- December 20th to January 5th- studio will be closed for the Holidays
- December 19th- All orders MUST be picked up no later than 5pm
Please add extra time if you require framing or shipping of your order.
Add 3 weeks for Canvases and Manhattan Flush mount albums
- Portrait Proofs will be removed 14
days after the date of publishing. Orders must be placed within this time.
- Wedding Proofs will be
removed 3 months
from the wedding date. Wedding images are archived for 2 years.
- A
$30 republishing
fee
will apply to republish your web gallery for an additional 14 days.
- Ordered Portrait or Grad images
will be kept on file and available for re-orders for 2 years. Any
unordered files may be discarded 60 days from the date your web gallery
is published.
- Ordered images within 60 days of session will be
kept on file and are guaranteed available for re-orders for at least 2
years.
- Any unordered images may not be available.
- Image
retreival fees may apply for print orders made 1 year or more past the gallery expiration date.
- Be assured that the
final print quality will
be far superior to the
quality you see on your monitor.
- Any image may be
ordered in
black and white, colour,
vintage, or sepia at no additional charge as well as added border treatments.
- 100%
Guarantee. I will either refund your money or
reshoot your session if you are not completely satisfied. Please
note, in the case of a reshoot the images from the first session will
no longer be available for ordering and will be discarded.
