  • Louise Vessey will be the exclusive photographer. Others are not permitted to photograph. Please do not bring any cameras, camcorders, or other recording devices to your portrait session. Please share this information with others involved in the session.

  • You will receive an email within 2 weeks of your session with access information for viewing your online shopping cart/web proofs.

  • Your proofs will remain online for only 14 days from the date of publishing. If necessary, a $30 fee will apply to republish your proofs for an additional14 days.

  • Any discounts, coupons, or offers apply only when you place your order within the duration of your proofs being displayed online.

  • Images may be reproduced in your choice of colour, black and white, sepia, or other standard tones as well as special borders at no additional cost.

  • Ordered images from paid orders within 60 days of session will be kept on file and are guaranteed available for re-orders for at least 2 years. Any unordered images may not be available for ordering past the 60 days. Image retrieval fees may apply for print orders made a year or more past the session date.

  • Prints 8x10 and larger include basic retouching such as adding borders, softening, removing blemishes, and stray hairs. Prints up to and including 5x7 are colour and contrast corrected only. Additional retouching/enhancements are subject to a fee of $25/half hour.

  • No image file or print may be scanned, copied or reproduced in any way without Photographer's permission.

  • Light and Vision Photography reserves the rights to use any image for display, publication, promotion or other purposes without compensation to the client.

Payment is due before or on at the time of your session and at the time your order is placed and may be one of the following;

Cheque, Visa, Master card, Debit, Email money transfer, or Cash
